1. Order Processing
All orders are processed and prepared for shipment within 1-2 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays) after your payment is confirmed. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number as soon as your order leaves our warehouse.
2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
We proudly ship with DHL Express for its speed and excellent service. The following are estimated delivery timelines after your order has been dispatched:

3. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout based on your delivery address and the total weight/dimensions of your order. The final shipping fee will be displayed before you complete your purchase.
For a limited time, we offer Free Standard Shipping on orders over $50, otherwise a flat rate of $7.99 applies.
4. International Orders & Customs
Customs and Import Duties: For orders shipped outside of [Your Country], the recipient is solely responsible for any applicable customs duties, import taxes, or brokerage fees. These charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost and are determined by the destination country's customs authority.
DHL may contact you directly to facilitate payment of these charges before your package can be delivered.
5. Order Tracking
You can track your order every step of the way. Once shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your unique DHL tracking number and a direct link to see your package's real-time status.
6. Shipping Address & P.O. Boxes
Please double-check that your shipping address is complete and accurate at checkout. We cannot be held responsible for packages lost or delayed due to an incorrect address.
Please note that we cannot deliver to P.O. Boxes via DHL Express. A physical street address is required.
